FINNISH SAUNA:
Description:
High temperature (between 80-90°C) and a low humidity (except when sprinkling the hot stones with aroma infused water). The sauna interval set is eight to twenty minutes maximum.
Impact:
The dry atmosphere causes the perspiration and purification of our metabolism, high impact on immune system (strengthen: vascular and skin mechanism). Be careful if you suffer from varicose vein and couperose.
HERB SAUNA:
Information:
Compared to the classical sauna- lower impact on our physiological endurance (about 60, 40 % humidity)
Herb sauna is also called Sanarium or biological sauna.
Interval sets: 20 to 30 minutes
Physiological responses:
Decreased cardiovascular endurance, decreased blood pressure redistribution on a good mood

INFRARED CABIN:
Description:
Degree of thermotherapy about 50°C, room atmosphere dry
Interval sets: 20 to 30 minutes
Physiological responses:
The infrared light belongs to our invisible ray- spectrum of the sun. The advantage of this thermotherapy is that the rays effect our skin. You get the feeling of taking a sun bath; the only difference is that you can relax for hours (in the infrared cabin) without getting sun- burned.
Include: redistribution of arthrities, detoxication over the skin, reduces stress situations, high impact on the neurological mechanism
